what a mish-mash of an article LOL
It is silly to quote pleadings in lawsuits as if they are anything more than posturing. Insurance companies pay claims based on the interpretation of their policies. Of course they are trying to line their pockets; that's the premise of their business.
There is also a lot of naivete on display: not all of these shows can reopen in a single season. And nobody is going to open to sustain a loss. It does not work that way. They too are trying to line their pockets because that is also the premise of their business. |
