Was it in New York State that you had the vaccine? There is currently no national vaccine database. I may be wrong but I think right now it only includes the 19 million people here. If you did have it here then you can probably use the CDC card information to find out why you are not in New York State database. I expect that soon states will join forces to combine their database to spread the usefulness of this service.

One other question: are you sure it was the Moderna you had on January 20 and February 10? That's 3 weeks apart and the Moderna--as opposed to the Pfizer--is only scheduled 4 weeks apart. I too was able to very quickly and easily obtain the Excelsior Pass for both myself and my husband. Each time I was(pleasantly)surprised that the few choices presented for dates of our vaccinations included the correct(and different)dates.
