Another issue here that also ties in with the abuse is that these jobs in the Rudin office pay the absolutely minimum amount of money for a (more than) full time job in New York. Unless things have changed lately, there's also no benefits for their employees. That is absolutely criminal. Every one of these people needs a six figure salary and a diamond platinum benefit package.
With Rudin's business success, there's no excuse for any of that. Along with all the rest of it.
