To my knowledge, "The Lion King," unlike some other shows, has not posted a closing notice, loaded out of the theatre, or issued a public announcement that it will not return to Broadway during the reopening. ("Frozen" did all those things last May.)
Like many other shows, its performances have been temporarily suspended by the pandemic. But Disney has terminated the runs of neither "Lion King" and "Aladdin." |
