I just kept asking if there might have been a better script for Rashad and Allen.
Or if they had switched roles. Rashad's placid demeanor might have been a better fit for the supportive friend and Allen would have been more believable as the firebrand artist.
There has to be some play with strong roles for older sisters other than John Gabriel Borkman. (Although I think they would be amazing in that play.)
Have these two sisters ever appeared together in anything before? |
