I assume the added side walls in orch could be removed to add seats. But lyric was opened just before premium pricing so that old model doesn’t work with large orchestras. The seating dropped from 1874 to 1622 even with expanded mezz. I assume when they remove the ceiling for Potter, they will keep the seating at 1622 making it a more desirable musical house the size of majestic.
