That's the way that *you* characterize it. I found it neither frantic nor bragging. She was clearly experiencing a level of anxiety over sharing this and admitting it while it was happening, but that doesn't make her frantic and manic. I can't help but notice how many white folks are calling her out for being spirited and loud, some of whom take it further by attributing that to mental illness.
And by the way, what are your qualifications for diagnosing mental illness?
