I think we'd have to get somewhere closer to herd immunity. If that were the case, I would feel comfortable being in a full theatre without a mask. Having been vaccinated myself. I feel very good about the future of covid in a vaccined world--meaning less people are going to get sick, and the ones who do are going to have less pronounced symptoms, less likely to be hospitalized, and almost certain not to die from it. This is all according to a recent report I read about Pfizer and Moderna vaccines in the real world thus far.

Oddly I have some other feelings around this are not related to covid. I am not that scared about covid in a vaccinated world. But I have a certain paranoia about other sicknesses, granted not life threatening. It's been superb to not have a single sickness of any kind since the end of 2019. No cold, no cough, no strep (which I have always been prone to) , etc. I know getting these sickenesses again are inevitable and I think and hope I am going to choose fully experiencing life over paranoia. But the memory of this time with no sickness in my body will linger...
