I agree with you except for the Rosa Parks reference. Rosa Parks carried out her actions with a large organization behind her after a great deal of strategic planning. Collective action tends to get the goods. Scott Rudin's bullying apparently targets people who are relatively powerless and also apparently abandoned by their professional associations when it comes to the redress of serious grievances. When enough people get together to challenge it it will change. That change would be good for everyone involved including the Scott Rudins of the world.
