Thanks for that fascinating info, reed23, but I don't understand in what respect the "appetite" was being defined as "abnormal" or "perverted." Does it mean in terms of degree and frequency -- i.e., a sexually compulsive person? Or does it refer to specific sex acts that one performs, or wants to perform, with a member of the opposite sex other than the "traditional" position for procreation? I don't imagine the dictionaries define the word further, but what is your interpretation?
