It's different because there is a "trespass."
It's not "cool." But if we arrested everyone on this board who has ever been uncool, there would be no one left.
The key word is your third point is "private" because it wasn't private and hasn't been for a century or more.
You of course have your right to your likes and dislikes, and opinions.
Roth's "rights" were not infringed upon. That does not make it uncreepy.
