I know this is true, or at least used to be true. But, if memory serves, when I was in that community theater production of CAMELOT way back in the mid 1970s, I was told that they had to rent the materials for "Fie on Goodness" and "Take Me to the Fair" separately as optional editions, because they had been cut from the core script and score. I thought this was the case for the Morgan le Fey sequence also, but apparently I was wrong about that.
