The answer to all questions is wait and see. But it seems clear to me that Rudin's intentions may be taking a back seat at this point, just as he has not been able to control the arc of this story. There are many voices, some heard and many not, controlling things and one of the things driving those voices is that if Rudin's fingerprints are visible (and it would be next to impossible for them not to be if he tries to play puppetmaster), things are going to blow up. I think Rudin is more likely to be the puppet in terms of who is running things, making decisions, setting the tone.

My guess is that some of his projects will be picked up, some not. The Guettel project: my guess is it languishes, for a few reasons.

The $64,000 question is who will take over, and that announcement will tell us a lot. I have my guess but I am not putting it out there right now.
