A lot of folks who win those awards are kind of like that old actor who starts off speaking at the beginning of "All About Eve" before presenting the award to Eve. His words are fortunately overtaken by the more interesting George Sanders voice-over. Some folks just keep going and going and don't know when to stop. It didn't help that they were apparently told at this past Oscars that they didn't have a time limit nor an orchestra to play them off. I think only one person I recall mentioned that he had to limit his time towards the end.
