I caught this Brian Bedford directed production when it was on Broadway in 2011 and again last night via the theatermania stream. It's a stunning production featuring Bedford in a brilliant turn as Lady Bracknell. It was filmed in front of a live audience and the feeling of nostalgia it generates to be watching live theater again is overwhelming. There is a wonderful interview with Bedford in his dressing room regarding his approach to the play (and tips he received from John Gielgud on handling Wilde's text) as well as a fast-motion video of him transforming into Lady B. via costume and make-up. Well worth the $15 admission price.
