But you just proved Singapore's point. As you say, you're an older man and the production *clearly* ruffled your feathers. There is noting bigoted or prejudiced in saying that the tastes among a significant portion of this board veer in a certain direction. And your post is exactly the "my opinion is the only one that matters" type of posts that we get to enjoy over and over as a result.

I fail to understand your thought processes here. Other responses in this thread prove that some "older men" loved the van Hove WSS, and while I strongly disagree with that, it shows how foolish and offensive it is to make broad generalizations about what kinds of people are going to like or hate certain things. And, of course, it works the other way as well; I have a friend, much younger than me, who abhorred that WSS more than I did, if that's possible.

I would ask you to show me exactly what in my post indicates that I feel "my opinion is the only one that matters," but I'm not going to bother, as there is no such thing in my post. I think what we have here is an example of how certain individuals can't stand it when someone strongly disagrees with them, especially not when that someone provides clear examples of why they feel the way they do -- so, in response, these individuals make the FALSE charge that the person who disagrees with them feels their opinion is the only one that matters.

So, no, I did not "prove" Singapore/Fling's immature, bigoted point. But maybe you and Singapore/Fling should have lunch together, if you haven't already done so, as you seem to think the same way.
