There was definitely never a really good movie of Anything Goes, and if memory serves (should look it up but aren’t) maybe only a so-so TV version at some point?
I wish the whole Lincoln Center revival of the 80s had been filmed for PBS, like House of Blue Leaves and some other things from around the same time period.

But love it or hate it this is surely the best version of Anything Goes in my lifetime, and if filming costs are as significantly more reasonable in the UK as they seem to be (American in Paris, King and I, Kinky Boots, 42nd St, Kiss Me Kate etc.) with this cast it would seem like a natural to film this one for eventual streaming and Blu-ray (I think several of the shows I listed above are even getting physical discs released this summer.)
