Vanessa Redgrave got a 1968 best actress Oscar nomination. for ISADORA, based on a December LA release, The film went into general releases in1969, and at the end of that year the relatively new
National Society 0f Film Critics gave her their best actress award forThe loves of Isadora', which was a shorter version of the earlier film.I just purchased and watched a dvd entitled ISADORA. The running times is 140 minutes. Does anyone know if this is the original 1968 film or did they just put the original title on the 1969 release; Once I got used to Redgrave's flattened American accent, I enjoyed the film very much.
