With all due respect, the character of Kim was that of an impressionable 26 year old, not that of a budding Centerfold. I love Ann-Margret, especially in some of her later tv work "Streetcar" "Our Sons" but she just wasn't this character.....at least as she was depicted on Broadway by Susan Watson. Sorry to say this, but it looked as if they were providing Birdie with a concubine.
