| I saw it this weekend. The film is spectacularly entertaining and cast with brilliantly talented actors....some familiar, others engaging newcomers. At times, it ups the game on West Side Story, especially when we see facades of apartment buildings, fire escapes, and people singing and dancing. If people are NOT going to see this delightful entertainment on a big screen, it is their loss. You can just feel how much love went into this production, and after four blighted years of a certain politician dumping on immigrants, it is a blessed relief to see the other side of that coin. |
