An interesting article. My husband, Harry Turtledove, has had a number of his novels done as audiobooks. Some were well done, some not so well done. The best were those by Patrick Lawlor, who contacted Harry to ask about the exact pronunciation of many names, as the characters in this series came from all parts of the world….and from another planet.
