Presumably nothing, assuming they could get the rights to use the recording, except that doing so would hem Close in to performing the role/song in the film exactly the way that she performed it for the recording that would be used. That may not work, if the way she wants to perform the role for the film would have evolved or changed over time from what she'd done in the past.
