The theater was renamed while Brighton beach memoirs was there. Then Biloxi followed. I’m not sure when the next hit was. Looks like a lot of plays and only a few seemed to play even 4-6 months. It wasn’t really until 1996 when king and I opened that the house really started to be used for musicals like it is now.
