The quote in Bernard Havard's bio is "His ancestors include Louis Havard, palace sculptor for Kings Leopold of Belgium and George V of England."
It does not refer to multiple "Kings Leopold" as you assert. Nor does it refer to genealogical descendancy from King Leopold of Belgium. And not that that would be relevant to anything.
