I, too, took the option of holding onto my tickets for, hopefully, a later date.

If you go to the Actors Fund website and click on "performances and events," then scroll down when that page opens;
there is a link that says "Ragtime update." When I click on that, an article dated July 1, 2020, comes up, which notes the
postponement and describes once again the options for ticket holders.

Since there have been no updates in almost a year, I'm guessing that they still hope to do the show, but had to wait for Broadway
to reopen first. Once that happened, they still needed to go through all the logistics of finding a date that works for all involved.
I would hope that we get some kind of an update in the not too distant future. I have linked that page below.
