He might work as Sky Masterson though the Harry Connick Jr. of say 15 years ago would have been better. Evidence below.

As for Vin... well wouldn't he be Nathan Detroit? Not as much singing required. He was a breakdancer and has some moves but the singing would be character singing like Sam Levene, not Frank Sinatra in the movie.
