I don't think they've announced a cast at all, even though it sounds like they are close to securing filming dates if they want to start this year. I would be shocked if Ariana Grande was not offered one of the two main roles, although that doesn't mean she would accept it. She is the biggest recording artist who would be appropriate casting for this movie, and she is a decent actor.
The music concert industry is only beginning to be scheduled, but she does not have a tour currently lined up, although she tours regularly. |
