I hate the term cancel. It’s what the right wing use to moan about them being held accountable for their actions.
As for this case my personal choice is that I wouldn’t see her in anything because I find her comments about Cosby indefensible. I am angry that this technicality that freed him is being used as “proof” of innocence by his supporters. I’m fact it is proof of a mistake by the prosecutors in offering a deal for a deposition and then using that despotism to help convict Cosby. I wish I was stronger to detach my feelings about her statements around the case from seeing Phylicia on stage but I’m not. |
