It is not an opinion, popular or unpopular. This is the problem with this denial bullshit that seems to be increasingly endemic. Facts are not opinions. In this case, the facts establishing culpability were admitted by the perpetrator. What is the "opinion" you are protecting? That it is ok to drug and rape someone? Seriously.
