For Ms Rashad to have a perspective that Cosby is innocent in some sense and to stay loyal to him because of the man she knows him to be, regardless of public opinion, shows her to be a lady of honor.

Well, not for my money. I think a "lady of honor" would be able to concede that "the allegations against him do not accord with the man I know and admire... but while I never witnessed any improper behavior, events may have transpired that I did not witness" (or some such).

Blind, unquestioning loyalty—particularly in light not of "public opinion" (as you would have it) but of Cosby's actual testimony that he gave Quaaludes to women with the intent of having sex with them—is not, in my view, a particularly honorable quality.
