Yes, I should have mentioned that MTC certainly can fire Rashad if they pay her, that is, if a contract has been signed. (I almost did mention it, but I know that almost doesn't count.) If no contract has been signed, then they would not be firing her, strictly speaking, or at least I would not think of it that way. Singapore/Fling used the word fired, a word I would not use if a contract has not been signed so I was responding to that.
