| I would bet they don't have a FB account, at least not one they follow regularly or that picks up entertainment stuff in their feed, but of course I don't know. And while one can know what's on Twitter without an account, it does require that you actually go there to see what's there (and what's trending). I have an account and don't go there. I get notifications from those I follow, but that's it. And I think I am ahead of the curve among MTC subscribers (which I am not, just to be clear). I stand corrected on the Times article linked by MBG but I wonder if it is in the paper or just online. (And yes I will also stereotype the MTC subscriber by saying that most get their hands dirty with the hard copy.) Having gone back and forth with you on this, I still believe the decision moving forward will be based on the relationships within the show's company rather than an assessment based on ticket sales that would require considering what subscribers know and don't. |
