I believe that most of Little Johnny Jones's original score is lost, and that would probably include "The March of the Frisco Chinks". I suspect that "Yankee Doodle Boy", "They're All My Friends", "Give My Regards to Broadway" -- these 3 were featured in George M -- and "Life's a Funny Proposition" are the only songs from the '04 production that survive. The score of the '82 revival dropped "They're All My Friends", included the other 3 songs, and interpolated Cohan numbers from other shows.

I saw the '80 version on Showtime. It was pleasant, enjoyable, but very mild. I think it was a huge mistake for Osmond to make his Broadway debut in such a dated, slight musical for which there wasn't much of an audience.
