I really don't see how either of those outcomes would be preferable to steering clear and keeping her dignity.
She lost her dignity at the Oscars a few years ago, and despite a gutsy attempt, failed to regain it at the Oscars the following year. Then she lost her dignity again with the debacle that was the new production of TEA AT FIVE, by the litiginous Matthew Lombardo. I agree that, at this point, Dunaway has nothing further to lose -- except her dignity, AGAIN. |
