I think Latifah could be good casting as Sarah, Arvide, or Nicely-Nicely -- or just about any role in the show EXCEPT Adelaide!

Queen Latifah is in her early 50's now...I wonder if we should be thinking about her as General Cartwright, rather than as Sarah or Adelaide. I'm not sure either character works, if she's much north of 35.
