So I got the email today that I won tickets via the lottery on Goldstar...only there are no details there about how to actually claim the tickets or even the day for which I've won. I log into Goldstar as per the instructions and just end up going in circles trying to find a way to claim my tickets. When I hit CLAIM, I'm taken back to the ENTER THE LOTTERY page and then the only option is to hit ENTER THE LOTTERY, after which it says today's lottery is now closed.
Is there some trick to this that I'm missing? This seems like a very poorly designed online lottery. I never had these issues with the past system. |
