| As part of a settlement agreement with federal prosecutors, Jujamcyn will provide 44 additional wheelchair-accessible seats at the Hirschfeld, Wilson, O’Neill, St. James, and Walter Kerr theaters, remove barriers to accessibility in common areas (restrooms, concessions, etc.), and pay a $40,000 civil penalty: | |

| Dumb question here I guess... are those 44 additional wheelchair accessible seats spread across all 5 theatres or is that 44 per theatre? | |

| The number of ADA Wheelchair locations required is roughly 1% of capacity. So that a 1,000 seat venue must have 10 Wheelchair locations, and also 10 companion seats. This is not precise - but close enough. In smaller venues, the % is different. For example, a 75 seat OOB venue must have 4 Wheelchair locations and 4 Companion seats. 199 seats? 5+5. And so on. | |
