Dumb question here I guess... are those 44 additional wheelchair accessible seats spread across all 5 theatres or is that 44 per theatre?

The number of ADA Wheelchair locations required is roughly 1% of capacity. So that a 1,000 seat venue must have 10 Wheelchair locations, and also 10 companion seats. This is not precise - but close enough. In smaller venues, the % is different. For example, a 75 seat OOB venue must have 4 Wheelchair locations and 4 Companion seats. 199 seats? 5+5. And so on.
