I am British but can’t go home without quarantining because my vaccine wasn’t administered by the UK National health service. The rules now only allow British residents that have a vaccine from there to avoid quarantine. This seems very unfair to me. They could ask for spike protein tests to prove vaccination if they wanted to. That’s the test that can see vaccine antibodies.
