Another great episode. I loved the Bridge number, too, but want to give a shout out to Ann Harada as the Mayor’s wife, noting her hubby’s sentimental ways and how he never looks at other girl, concluding, “He’s a Queer One, that Man ‘O Mine.” The title may resemble one number in CAROUSEL, but the material is more like “What’s the Use of Wonderin’,” with maybe a bit of “Bill” from SHOW BOAT. I can’t wait for Kristin’s 18 page patter song and Jane K’s Cole Porter-style number.
