| Just got a seat for Flying Over Sunset-waited 15 minutes,then when it was my turn it said you'll be redirected and froze!!! Came back in about 5 minutes and HADN'T last spot. Got 12/8 matinee-4th row on aisle-pretty painless! | |

| Yes, this was in the email this morning. I'm not sure if this applies to everyone or only to members: Buy tickets now for any performance through February 6, 2022, and you can either refund or exchange your tickets into any other date until two hours before the performance. You may exchange an order up to three times and refund once per show per month. |

| Feb 6 is the last day tickets are on sale for, but there's no listed closing date at ibdb and I don't believe anything else is scheduled for the Beaumont after Sunset, so it will probably extend if it gets good reviews. I may be out of the loop, but I didn't realize until just now that there is no chorus for this show. There are only 10 actors in the cast. |

| I had a similar experience. I got assigned number 300-something in the beginning, but when it was time for me to get to the front of the line, it hiccuped and then kicked me out. Then when I got back into line, I was number 1500-something, which was not so bad. It hiccuped again when I got to the front, but then let me in around 10:23 and there were plenty of seats available. So I think that means that only 1500 people (plus potentially some unknown number that were let in without a queue number at all) wanted to buy tickets this morning. The email said that we would be able to pick the seat, but that was not the case. I was only given one choice at a time, at least on my phone. Did you get to pick your seat from a map? But the choices were plentiful. I got a ticket for the last Saturday night preview. My experience in the past is that getting good tickets to any preview performance, particularly Saturday night, was a challenge, but not today. |

| I was in the waiting room and when it was my turn I got a “you’ve been redirected too many times” message. I went back in from the member portal and was able to log in right away. I used a desktop, and got a seat map. Lots of tickets, near the end of the preview period. |

| I had the same issues as everyone else. I got in at 10:14 but then nothing happened. I was rejected and thrown back into the queue. Then I went back to the main page and got in right away. I was able to grab the last two center orchestra aisle seats upfront for the final preview matinee before opening night. I hope we get to see this show and that it will be a huge hit. |
