| To be fair, it is a rather difficult play to pitch in in an ad, as it combines a kind of riff on Waiting for Godot with the experience of young back men who are treated as criminals simply because they are young black men. It's also a play that worked very well in a small space, but which, I fear, may be severely challenged in a much larger space. I have to wonder about the quality of the producing behind it. |
