| Than even the inheritance. Most black plays don’t make it to broadway and offbroadway plays get very few posts on this board. When there are only one or two black plays on broadway in a season with maybe 6-8 white plays, I’m not exactly sure that black plays having only 20% of the posts is statistically different. It’s like that ad stating that only 20% of business are owned by black people in US. Sounds bad but the overall black population in US is 13.4%. So 20% is actually a good number. |
