Exciting and strange to be back in a theatre after so long.
Somewhat funny and timely play with three excellent performances. Not close to sold out but the audience was receptive and excited.
Easy to enter the theater primarily because the person “checking” documents for vaccination barely glanced at what I gave him. I think if I had given him an old Blockbuster Video ID card I would have gotten in. Another line seemed to have issues with scanning Excelsior passes. Once in, I sat front row, center mezz between two jerks who took their masks off almost immediately so that they could drink. The one to my right put his back on about five two minutes before he left three-quarters through the performance. |
