| LOL!! I knew there would be people who would say, "Oh, you're using the NY POST??" without actually contradicting the actual data that is used in the article. Of course, I then provided links to the NY City Police Dept.'s own data as well showing a sharp increase in crime from last year. And if you are arguing that somehow 72 rapes, 38 murders, and 1,200 felony assaults in 2020 (you know "when things were locked down") is something to write home about then more power to you!! I also knew there would be people who would say, "Oh, those crime increases and stories you're seeing are in the other boroughs, not in the Times Square area where most tourists go". Which is why I found an article that specifically dealt with crime in Times Square. Oh, and in case you missed it: NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — There were frightening moments in Times Square on Sunday evening.
