Yes. The arrangement isn't horrible, but isn't great either, and there's no reason for him to be in the song other than to give the actor a bit more to do.

Jule Styne reportedly wanted Frank Sinatra to play Nicky in the 1968 movie of ''Funny Girl,'' but Sinatra wanted the role expanded with more songs.
