That is a bit of casting I never would have come up with but I'd see it. It's happening at the Hampstead Theatre in London this fall.
Also at the Hampstead: Tamsin Greig in Peggy for You, a very entertaining solo show I saw yonks ago with Maureen Lipman. It's about the legendary British agent Peggy Ramsay (played by Vanessa Redgrave in the film Prick Up Your Ears.)
Quite a few intriguing things on in London this fall: Saoirse Ronan in The Scottish Play, Eddie Redmayne in Cabaret, new production of the musical of Spring Awakening. |
