With a few exceptions, yes.
The first couple of weeks of The Memory Of Water at Hampstead - the show before 'Night, Mother, it opens next week - are socially distanced, but most theatres are operating at full capacity now.
Given the infection rate here, that is possibly not a good idea, particularly since people are being incredibly lazy and complacent about protecting themselves and each other. At Joseph... at the Palladium last Sunday - my first time back in a theatre since March last year - probably three-quarters of the audience didn't bother to wear a mask. That's not good enough. |
