| I saw this place in London--at least, I know I saw a play about Peggy Ramsay and I thought it was this one. But in the play I saw, a young playwright (or actor?) who is visiting her office literally re-lays the large carpet while they are having a conversation, taking it all up and turning it around and re-laying it. It was an interesting bit of business that gave some physical action to a play that, set as it was in her office, didn't have much. Anyway, am I remembering a different play? I certainly remember that a lot of the play was Peggy Ramsay on the phone, but the one I saw had more than one actor in it. Unless...is there another play about Peggy Ramsay? Anyone have any ideas? What did I see? Thanks. |
