Was that done on purpose? I thought I read that the guy stepped in since he was the only one who could do it after the original Velma left or something.
After the Cameron MacIntosh thing it makes me wonder how you go forward with casting nowadays.
Mary Sunshine should just be a woman. That whole bit seems so dated and unshocking nowadays.
Did the man playing Velma try to act like a woman or was he just himself?
